Direct inline tension monitoring
Working in partnership with Pulse, InterMoor has taken its H-Link manufacturing knowledge and combined it with the very latest mooring monitoring technology.
By connecting mooring chains together, the Inter-M Pulse enables operators to monitor the tension condition in each mooring line.
With the introduction of additional sensors, the Inter-M Pulse system can also provide data on the inclination, orientation and curvature of the mooring line. This innovative system is suitable for moored floating systems and mobile offshore drilling units, and can provide operators with a full history of their mooring lines. Inter-M Pulse employs an acoustic data transmission method and provides on-demand data upload. An intuitive traffic light alarm system provides operators with a clear indication of potential problems before they escalate.
